Break the chocolate into small pieces
Put half the cream into a saucepan, bring it to a boil and then add the chocolate.
Melt well and allow cooling.
In the meantime, whip the remaining cream, and add the powdered sugar.
When the chocolate mixture has cooled, whip it for 1 minute with the whisks you used before to whip the cream.
Add the whipped cream until obtaining a smooth, foamy mousse.
The chocolate cream is ready!

200 g fresh cream for cooking
