This is an amazing version, both in taste and for the time needed to make it. You can enjoy it then on its own, or to fill tarts, cakes, or cookies. Simple as it is, it is well worth trying right away!

    Break the chocolate into small pieces
    Put half the cream into a saucepan, bring it to a boil and then add the chocolate.
    Melt well and allow cooling.
    In the meantime, whip the remaining cream, and add the powdered sugar.
    When the chocolate mixture has cooled, whip it for 1 minute with the whisks you used before to whip the cream.
    Add the whipped cream until obtaining a smooth, foamy mousse.
    The chocolate cream is ready!

Ingredients for 3 cups

200 g of 75% dark chocolate
200 g fresh cream for cooking
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
