Blend the butter and icing sugar until completely absorbed.
Add the egg yolks, flour, salt, and cocoa and mix until smooth.
Then place it on a sheet of cling film and shape into a sausage.
Put it in the fridge to harden for at least 2 hours.
Remove the cling film and coat evenly in caster sugar.
Then cut into slices of about 1 cm and lay them out on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake them in a ventilated oven preheated to 180° for 12 minutes.
Ingredients for approx. 40 biscuits
220 g melted butter
100 g icing sugar
100 g caster sugar
2 egg yokes
270 g flour
20 g unsweetened cocoa
2 pinches of fine salt
