The fresh, fragrant notes of lime and raspberry blend perfectly with the floral notes of rose syrup and then explode in the mouth with the wonderful bubbles of prosecco.
The ideal drink to celebrate Mother’s Day.

Method

    Pound the raspberries inside a mixing glass, add the rose syrup and squeeze the juice of half a lime.
    Stir with one part of prosecco, add ice to chill.
    Double strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
    Top with the remaining prosecco.
    Stir gently from the bottom upwards so as not to lose too much fizz and garnish with a slice of dehydrated lime and rose buds.

2 cl rose syrup
1.5 cl lime juice
15 cl Prosecco
Dehydrated lime and rose buds for garnish
