This cocktail is an alcohol-free version of the famous Moscow Mule reinterpreted in an Italian style.

The great classic uses vodka, hence, the name Moscow, mixed with lime juice and ginger beer, an alcohol-free drink.

Here is this very Italian version based on typical products from our Mediterranean Sea like oranges, mandarins, pomegranate syrup, and the addition of the spicy Ginger Beer touch.

Method

  1. 01 /

    Fill the glass with ice.

Squeeze the juice of two mandarins, pour in the orange and pomegranate juices and top with the Ginger Beer.

Stir gently from the bottom upwards using a bar spoon so as not to lose too much fizz.

Decorate with pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary

Ingredients

4 cl mandarin juice

10 cl orange juice

1.5 cl pomegranate syrup

Top with ginger beer

Fresh pomegranate for garnish
