In autumn, our forests with their damp and shady soil create the perfect habitat for this season’s typical fruits like blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, all of which are delicious and particularly rich in Vitamin C.

The combination of these fruits with the acid of pink grapefruit and the sweetness of sugar creates a very well-balanced and colourful drink, perfect to sip after a walk in the woods.

Method

  1. 01 /

Pound 3-4 pieces of lime inside a glass with the sugar and berries.

Fill the glass with ice crushed with a pestle.

Fill with the pink grapefruit juice and stir from the bottom upwards.

    Decorate with a berry skewer.

Ingredients

3-4 pieces of lime

2 tbsp white sugar

Mixed berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)

6 cl pink grapefruit juice

Berries for decoration
