This is a very Italian, non-alcoholic version of the world-famous Cuban Mojito made with rum and mint.

Fresh and thirst-quenching in the summer: melon, and peach, two of the most widely eaten fruits on Italian tables in this period, are blended with the herbaceous and characteristic notes of basil, one of our most representative herbs.

A combination creating a drink suitable for every moment of the day.

    Squeeze the lime juice inside a tall tumbler glass, add the sugar, peach pieces and basil leaves. Gently crush.

    Fill the glass with ice.

    Pour in the melon centrifuge, top with the soda, and stir from the bottom upwards.

    Decorate with basil.

1.5 cl lime juice

2 tbsp white sugar

6 cl melon centrifuge

Pieces of peach

Basil leaves

Soda water top

Basil for decoration
