Who we are

Cuciniamo is made up of people who bring Italianness into everything they do to then pass it on to the outside world. It consists of renowned and carefully selected professionals from a family united in their passion for the culinary art.
Laura Bellù

Has always been driven by a strong love for cooking and travel. At just 9 years old, she bought her first recipe book on her own and has never stopped travelling her entire life. Bringing the world to a table and Italianness to the world is the spirit that guides her entrepreneurial activity.

Claudio Bellù

Laura’s brother, who brings computer and digital expertise to Cuciniamo, takes care of all the details that make the platform a pleasant, stimulating and always different experience.

Chiara Bellù

Laura’s niece, who is the soul of freshness behind Cuciniamo. Her training in Communication and Marketing completes the family picture, fuelling the passion that drives them.

Watson

Art Director of Cuciniamo and Laura’s faithful life partner, nothing escapes his sense of smell. A recipe is only approved if it passes his rigorous smelling and tasting process.

He refined his taste and technique by working in various prestigious venues in Italy and abroad, among which the experience in Gualtiero Marchesi’s team stands out. After leading the restaurant “Al solito posto” in Milan, he devoted himself to teaching and professional consultancy.

“At the centre of my cooking there are always raw materials”
He has worked from the very beginning in high-level catering facilities and embarked on a path in search of the naturalness and freshness of primary foods. Today he is a teacher in advanced cooking courses, demonstrator technician and consultant.

“Cooking means never stop learning”
He started with a bang at the Miramonti Majestic Grand Hotel in Cortina d’Ampezzo, in the team organised by Gualtiero Marchesi. Even after, he never stopped taking on new challenges: he took the reins of several kitchens and then established himself as a chef consultant.

José Amici

“For me, cooking is a family affair”.
Much more than just a child of art, José comes from a historic family of culinary professionals. He offers a traditional cuisine, made using local products: bread, pasta, sweets, honey, oil, vegetables, and fruit from the same land. Genuine farm-to-table products.

Silvia Ghioni

Silvia Ghioni is a professional bartender. She has made her way behind the counter of cocktail bars and large luxury hotels, taking numerous victories in national and international contests. Today she teaches in important vocational schools.

Ioris Premoli

He grew up in the family bread-making business and developed his two greatest passions: food and photography. For him, specialising in food photography means to combine work and passion, which today he channels into Cuciniamo as artistic director.

Giorgia Fantin Borghi

Inherited from her grandmother, the passion for the art of etiquette has become a real profession for Giorgia: today she is one of the most successful professionals in wedding planning and in the organisation of special events related to the art of table setting and entertaining and receiving guests.

Chiara Carolei

Chiara Carolei, journalist, has always travelled, written and photographed. She writes for newspapers, for publishing houses, for print media and for the web, even opening a blog dedicated to travel and a creative photography studio specialising in weddings.
